Covid Policy

These updated procedures allow us to maintain LIVE, and IN PERSON performances during this evolving COVID health care crisis.  Our inherent goal is to keep our patrons, artists, clients, staff, crew and volunteers safe.  Protocols are based on research provided by municipal, county, state agencies, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as best practices among fellow performing arts venues across the country.

  • Full vaccination or negative test result required for anyone 2 and over
  • We cannot accommodate children under 2 years of age
  • Original vaccination card, copy or photo on phone is acceptable, with minimum two vaccinations of the Moderna, BioNTech-Pfizer, Astra Zeneca or one vaccination minimum of the Johnson & Johnson vaccination.
  • COVID test must provide a printed result including name of individual tested, date of test & negative result within 72 hours of performance. Hard copy, email or app on phone showing negative result accepted.
  • No self-administered or over the counter tests accepted.
  • Vaccination card or negative COVID test result will be required each day upon entry. Those with a test will be required to retest if 72-hour window ends between performances.
  • Patrons, staff, crew and volunteers are required to wear masks at all times while inside the building.
  • Performers are required to mask at all times except when performing on stage.

Folly staff continues to review local metrics as presented by Covidactnow.org and reserve the right to require masks on stage if an upward trend moves Jackson County, MO to the extremely high risk category.  CLICK HERE to view current metrics in the area.

If you or your performer will need to retest during the competition, we have provided a few resources for further assistance.  For additional services, please consult your medical provider, or local governmental health agency.
