Pearl Magley, Orval Hixon

Description: Pearl Magley was born in Scotland and married Guy Magley, from Joplin, Missouri, in the mid-1910s. They toured nationally and internationally with their popular Vaudeville dance act in the 1910s and 1920s. One of their acclaimed routines, “Dance Stories,” was popular in 1921, about the time that this undated portrait was made.
