Location & Hours
The Folly Box Office/Business Office is located at 1020 Central, Suite 200, Kansas City, MO 64105. We are just a block and a half north of the theater. Normal hours of business are 10 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Tickets can be purchased online, by phone, or in person at our box office location.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Any other form of payment, (e.g. vouchers, gift certificates, discount cards) must be presented in person. No exceptions.
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds/exchanges/upgrades.

To order tickets in person during normal business hours (10-5 M-F), please visit our box office located at 1020 Central, Suite 200, Kansas City, MO 64105. The theater box office is located at 300 W 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64105. On performance nights the theater box office generally opens 1-2 hours prior to show time. The Folly Theater waives ticketing fees for walk in purchases for Folly produced shows. Many of our events are presented by outside promoters. We cannot waive ticketing fees for those events.
The Folly Theater box offices sell tickets for Folly Theater sponsored events only. Please call first before driving to our office to confirm if we are the ticketing agent Please see the information below to purchase for the following:

Refunds & Exchanges
Per policy, all ticket sales are final. If an event is postponed to a later date, the refund & exchange policy on tickets will be at the presenting organization’s discretion. If the event is presented by the Folly Theater, then we will attempt to move all tickets to the new date and allow a grace period for returns if necessary.
Regarding refunds – Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable, even if event is cancelled.
