At 22, violinist Randall Goosby has already racked up an impressive set of achievements. At 13, he became the youngest person ever to win the impressive Sphinx Concerto Competition. Goosby has performed as a soloist with orchestras across America and has been honored as a Rising Star of the Stradivari Society.
As an undergraduate at Juilliard, Goosby studied under Itzhak Perlman. Goosby shares with Perlman what The New York Times calls “a masterly level of control” and “exquisite tone.” Discover this exciting young artist who is destined for a stellar career.
In addition, Goosby won the Harriman-Jewell Series prize last fall and will serve as our Artist in Residence to lead educational outreach in our Kansas City community in the days ahead of his Discovery Concert.
