2019 Folly + KCAI Poster Project

The Folly Theater & the Kansas City Art Institute partnered in a poster design project eleven years ago. The project was designed to provide the KCAI Graphic Design students with real-world client experience, while at the same time, elevating the aesthetic of the Folly Theater.

This year's class was led by Adam Lucas and consisted of 12 Junior students in the Typography course. This allowed for a fun new perspective on the designs with a focus on the lettering and legibility of the posters.
