Frolic Online Auction Bidding Closed

Thank you for participating in this year’s online auction. Although bidding is closed, you can still give to the Folly Theater by donating through our online donation form.

Toast the Folly with an online auction! Proudly featuring artwork from renowned, local artists, special gift packages, and opportunities to fund the Folly’s many programs and initiatives, our goal is to keep “Kansas City’s Carnegie Hall” shining bright for years to come.  Since this auction is entirely ONLINE, you do not have to be present to win.

1. Visit our auction site and register online.
2. Once logged in, you’ll remain so for 24 hours unless you share your account.  If you share your account with a spouse or partner who logs in on a different device, you’ll be logged out and will need to log back in to bid.
3. Place a bid by selecting an item and choosing “standard bid.” You can also enter a bid amount.  If you want to go the extra mile, you can “win-it-now” with a preselected amount.
4. When you’ve won an item, a “$” button appears at the top of the eCatalog.  Tap it to view your invoice and choose how you want to pay.  You can pay via credit card, debit card, or Paypal.  You may pay as you win, purchase each item, or wait until the event’s end to pay for everything at once.  Each time you pay, you’ll automatically receive an emailed receipt.
5. Folly staff will contact you via email and/or mail within 10 business days with instructions on how to claim your prize. Winners may pick up their items at the Folly Theater offices during regular business hours or arrange local delivery with a member of the Development team. Please note, by registering, bidders residing outside of the greater Kansas City metropolitan area agree to pay all postage and shipping fees and expenses.

The auction opens on November 10 and ends on the day of the Folly Frolic (November 20, 2021) immediately before showtime at 8:00 PM CST.
