She’s Still Standing Strong After 120 Years!

The Grand Lady of Twelfth Street is celebrating her 120th birthday on September 23rd! Help us celebrate by donating to her birthday fundraiser.

Brought to life in 1900, the Folly Theater has had a handful of names and millions of stories. She's stood at the corner of 12th & Central for 120 years now. She's withstood the 1918 Pandemic, World Wars, depressions & recessions, and now she stands tall amidst the Coronavirus.

She's only been able to stand here because of the community leaders, patrons, donors, and volunteers that dedicate themselves to her, year in and year out. As we near the beginning of 2021 with a hope of launching live performances again, please consider donating to the Folly.

Your donation ensures that we can not only survive in this time when the stage is dark, but that we can re-open safely in 2021 with fabulous artists from around the world.

Buy Tickets

It may seem obvious, but ticket purchases & rental clients account for almost 61% of the Folly's operating revenue. During this time when shows are being postponed regularly, that number has dropped significantly. We encourage you to purchase tickets to shows like our Folly Jazz Series or Americana Series for the future concerts.
